With more than 17 years in healthcare across emergency, intensive care, post-anesthesia, home health, telehealth and wellness, she provides practical, patient-centered primary care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management and long-term wellness.

Family Nurse Practitioner
Stephanie is a family nurse practitioner known for thorough assessment, sound clinical judgment and patient-centered care. She provides in-person and telehealth care for acute concerns, ongoing follow-up and stable chronic conditions, helping patients understand their options and take an active role in their health.

Membership care should be easy to understand before enrollment.
No. Core Health Partners is a direct care membership covering only services listed in the membership agreement. Maintain appropriate coverage for emergencies, hospitalization, specialists and catastrophic expenses.
Yes. No insurance is required for one-time virtual visits or memberships.
Telehealth is available to patients located in Arkansas, New Mexico, Arizona, Iowa or Utah at the time of the appointment when virtual care is clinically appropriate. In-person care is currently available in Arkansas.
Emergency care, hospitalization, specialists, medications, outside labs, imaging and services not listed in the agreement are billed separately.
